The build-up to a global awareness day is 12 months in the making. Undertaking a campaign such as World Cancer Day comes with the queasy understanding and acceptance that, however much you prepare, anything can happen on D-day.

NCD Alliance has launched an online consultation on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on people living with NCDs and recommendations to Build Back Better. The consultation survey, part of the Our Views, Our Voices initiative, is available in English, French and Spanish, and will be open until 25th October 2020. 

Inspired by the new visual and graphic identity of the Week for Action (W4A)  that invokes movement and momentum, NCDA has launched a playful challenge encouraging physical activity during the W4A! GPS drawing is a technique of using a GPS device to follow a pre-planned route and create a large-scale picture/text on a map.

With weeks to go until the 3rd Global Week for Action on NCDs (7-13 September), the movement is getting busy making plans for activities and promotions! We’re excited to launch new ways for you to engage in the 2020 Global Week for Action on NCDs campaign.
