Create your Voices for Care message in a written format with a photo or as a short video
We encourage you to be creative and to share a message that is meaningful to you, but here are some ideas that might inspire you.

Once you’ve created your message, share it on social media and add it to our Map of Impact! Your voice will help make a difference as we call on leaders to take action now!
How to participate
Tell the world why the moment for caring is now in 3 easy steps.
1.
Search for the 'Moment for Caring' filters, effects and stickers on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook.
2.
Record a short video message using one of the filter/effects and stickers.
3.
Before posting, use #NCDCaringVoices as a # sticker in the post or in the description for the possibility of being featured on our Voices for Care wall.
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your reel to appear on our website. Stories will not be featured.
Platform-related instructions
- Open your Instagram App and press '+' at the bottom of your screen and select 'reel' or 'story' (you can also swipe right from anywhere in the feed).
- Next to the white 'record' button, you'll see a variety of different effects. Swipe left all the way to the end until you see the magnifying glass 'Browse effects'. Press on the icon to search for filters.
- After you tap on it, press the little magnifying glass on the left and search 'Moment for Caring'.
- Select from the existing filters, different elements should now appear on the screen.
- You are now ready to record your video/take a photo portraying why the moment for caring is now.
- Once you have recorded your story or reel, please include #NCDCaringVoices within your reel description or as a sticker in your story.
Note: You can automatically post your stories on your Facebook accounts while posting them on Instagram by selecting the option at the bottom of your screen.
Before you start
Please save the following filters in your Instagram Effects library by clicking on the buttons (will open effect in Instagram) and pressing on the bookmark button in Instagram.
You already have the effects saved
- Open your Instagram App and press '+' at the bottom of your screen and select 'reel' or 'story' (you can also swipe right from anywhere in the feed).
- From the bottom-left of your screen, tap on the gallery icon.
- Once you've selected your video, add the effect by pressing the 'Effects' button on the top-right side. Your saved filters will appear at the bottom.
- Select from your saved filters, different elements should now appear on the screen.
- Once you ready to sahre your story or reel, please include #NCDCaringVoices within your reel description or as a sticker in your story.
- Open your Tiktok App and press '+' at the bottom of your screen.
- Once the camera activate, tap on the Effects button on the right side of the screen.
- Select the magnifying glass icon 'Browse effects'. Press on the icon to search for filters.
- After you tap on it, search 'Moment for Caring'.
- Select from the existing effects, different elements should now appear on the screen.
- You are now ready to record your video/take a photo portraying why the moment for caring is now.
- Once you have recorded your post, please include #NCDCaringVoices within your reel description.
Before you start
Please save the following effects in your Tiktok Favorites library by clicking on the buttons (will open effect in TikTok) and pressing on the Add to Favorites in TikTok.

- Open your TikTok App and press '+' at the bottom of your screen .
- Tap on the 'Upload' gallery icon on the bottom-right of the screen.
- Once you've selected your video, add the effect by pressing the 'Effects' button on the top-right side. Your saved effect will appear in the Favorites tab.
- Select from your saved filters, different elements should now appear on the screen.
- Once you ready to share your video, please include #NCDCaringVoices within your reel description or as a sticker in your story.
