Commercial Determinants of Health: Country Case Studies

CCDH is one of the first known research centers that focuses on issues of health and safety, and private sector engagement in public health, and addresses the growing burden of non-communicable diseases and injuries (NCDIs) caused by commercial determinants of health around the globe. CCDH strives to bring a multi-disciplinary approach, scientific rigor, and evidence-based approaches to strengthen health systems to tackle the growing burden of NCDIs. The center has a particular focus on vulnerable populations around the world, including children, adolescents, youth, women, urban slums, and the poor.
