We started Patient Support Groups for people with diabetes and hypertension in January 2023 with the aim to empower individuals to take charge of their health, not just physically but also emotionally. These meetings are vital part of our effort to enhance the health outcomes people with Diabetes and Hypertension by providing essential health education, emotional support and a supportive environment. The meetings are designed into help people better understand and manage their conditions while connecting with others who share similar experiences.
