The HRIDAY–HIA–ECHO India Monthly Webinar Series is a continuing national capacity-building and knowledge-exchange platform on non-communicable diseases, delivered jointly by HRIDAY, the Healthy India Alliance (India NCD Alliance) and ECHO India.

Launched in December 2024, the series convenes clinicians, public health professionals, researchers, civil society organisations, youth advocates and people with lived experience for an interactive monthly session on a priority NCD theme.

Nineteen sessions led by HIA members have been delivered to date, reaching a cumulative 1,851 participants at an average of 97 participants per session. Topics have spanned diabetes and metabolic NCDs, palliative care, hypertension and cardiovascular disease, NCD prevention and control, meaningful youth involvement, implementation science, continuity of care in diabetes, lived experience advocacy for cardiovascular health, cancer survivorship, media literacy and food marketing, community mobilisation for diabetes, oral health, cervical cancer elimination, NCDs in children and adolescents, chronic kidney disease, NCDs among people living with HIV, chronic respiratory diseases, and diabetes education.

Each session pairs expert presentation with open discussion, translating national evidence and policy into practical guidance for frontline practice. The series has become a recurring space for cross-sector learning, for amplifying lived experience voices, and for building a community of practice on NCDs across India.
