(Hanoi, September 7th, 2022) the Vietnam Non-Communicable Diseases Prevention Alliance (NCDs-VN) collaborated with the Hanoi University of Public Health (HUPH) to organize an event entitled "Public Health Research Oriented Policy on Non-communicable Disease Prevention." This event aimed to respond to the Global Week for Actions on NCDs (September 5-11, 2022) and promote general knowledge and engagement of lecturers, researchers, and students at the HUPH in NCDs policy-oriented research.

More than 60 participants from the World Health Organization Vietnam, member organizations of the NCDs-VN, and lecturers and students of the HUPH attended the event. This event was facilitated by Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Minh- Rector of HUPH. Dr. Tran Tuan- Director of RTCCD (the coordinating organization of NCDs-VN), and Dr. Nguyen Huy Quang- former Director of Legal Department, Ministry of Health were the spakers.
