The Global Stroke Alliance (GSA) are highly impactful meetings that aim to connect and strengthen a powerful global alliance committed to enhancing stroke care on a worldwide scale.

With a strong focus on implementation, GSA brings together regional and national stroke leaders, distinguished researchers, health professionals, health managers, scientific societies, industry representatives, and patients associations, to develop action plans for stroke. To achieve this, GSA meetings foster in-depth discussions on the implementation of evidence-based interventions at all levels of stroke care, including prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation.

This meeting will be preceded by a Ministerial Meeting to build political understanding of the needs of stroke patients, opportunities for progress and commitment to the WSO Global Declaration on Stroke.
