This advocacy brief analyses the Political Declaration of the 2025 UN High-Level Meeting on NCDs and Mental Health, how well it reflects priorities from The Call to Lead on NCDs, and where it falls short. It also gives a snapshot on where we go from here. The Political Declaration is a floor, not a ceiling—and civil society must continue pushing for leadership and action at national and regional levels.
