A customisable letter template to help civil society organisations engage government representatives ahead of the Third International Dialogue on Sustainable Financing for NCDs and Mental Health, taking place in Manila from 2–4 September 2026.

The letter outlines key financing challenges, highlights the expected outcomes of the Dialogue and sets out priority actions governments should support to improve access to NCD and mental health care.
